The window
Seven days from delivery. The piece must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached and the original packaging intact.
How to start one
Open the order in your account, choose Return or exchange, pick a reason, and select a pickup slot. Our courier collects free of charge across 19,000+ pincodes. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us.
What cannot be returned
Stitched-to-measure items are exchange-only, since they are cut to your measurements. Unstitched fabric that has already been cut cannot be returned. Innerwear and clearance items are final sale.
